We are at 154 Send Road, Send, just outside Woking — and we have been fitting fires and fireplaces around here since 1984. Most of our work sits within about forty-five minutes of the shop, which covers a good deal of Surrey and reaches into the Hampshire and Berkshire borders.
That is not an arbitrary line on a map. It is how far our fitters can travel and still give a job a proper day, and it is the same patch our servicing and sweeping rounds are planned around.

Not on the list? It is worth ringing anyway. These are the places we are in most weeks rather than a boundary we refuse to cross — and for a fireplace we will happily travel a bit further than we would for a service.
What we do across all of it
- Fireplaces, stoves and fires
- Supplied and fitted by our own HETAS and Gas Safe registered teams — the people who quoted your job are the people who do it. Never subcontracted out.
- Gas fire servicing
- Annual servicing for gas fires, whoever fitted them. We keep a record of every visit, so you get a reminder when the next one is due rather than having to remember.
- Chimney sweeping and stove servicing
- Swept, checked and certificated. Booked in rounds by area, which is why the towns above are grouped the way they are.

Wherever you are on that list, the best place to start is the showroom. There are fires and stoves set up on display, with materials and samples to hand, so you can see the finishes rather than imagine them from a screen.
